The cost of transport in Europe is completely FREE from 99€ onwards. For orders below 99€ the shipping cost is 10 €.

The delivery time depends on the shipping area detailed below:

1 – 3 working days: South, west and central Europe

3 – 5 working days: Eastern Europe and some specific European islands

3 – 8 working days: Rest of the world

Despite our commitment with the great and fast service, the transport does not depend 100% on us and depending on the country and the customs procedure of destination the time may differ.

For Rest of the world orders  the shipping costs are 20€.


If you are not 100% satisfied, you can choose to exchange for the full value of your original purchase or receive a full refund.

Please make sure you selected the item before you order and make sure you have the sufficient funds beforehand, as once we secure your order with us, it will be fulfilled. We do not offer refunds on completed orders that have shipped to you and you will be charged transport and return costs.

Returns of your purchase can be made up to 2 weeks from the purchase date. Products being collected/returned must be in the original box and/or packaging. If the product is wrong or is delivered in a damaged or tampered state please contact our orders department immediately (within 7 days of delivery) by email We will investigate the problem and resupply or refund damaged product.

Our warranty only covers the replacement of the defective unit, as well as the costs of shipping and picking up the unit. The labor costs for disassembling and reassembling the unit are not covered by our warranty, the cost of these tasks will be the responsibility of the user.

Once your return is received by our team, your refund or exchange will be processed (usually within 72 hours of receipt).

Please note that depending on your payment method and company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your refund it’s done.
